5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable. For returns of damaged or defective items, return shipping fees will be reimbursed.

International customers are responsible for processing their return through a tracked courier service of their choice. Shipping costs for international returns are non-refundable.
7. Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
